楼主把A带进去我觉得不是很合适,它中间说 in conflict with present age （这里present age是前面contemporary 的重复,）既然是conflict,那就应该要摒弃.C选项不错
其实GRE的这种破句子,在国外根本不会出现,简直就是吓唬人的.我当年考GRE,现在在国外,也没见过这么又破又臭的句子.不过GRE有些词汇还是能用到.
