一、系统概况
本控制系统是根据中船第九设计研究院工程有限公司的设计为基础,我公司工程技术人员根据设计院电气图纸细化后形成完整的控制方案,此方案报设计院批准同意后开始制做的成套设备.遵照设计院的原设计,主要元器件选用的是上海雷诺尔和江苏凯帆品牌,其余皆为国产优质元器件.本套设备包括：一台电源开关柜、四台水泵控制柜（两台变频控制柜、两台软启动控制柜）、一台风机控制箱、一台潜水泵控制箱、一台照明控制箱、三台按钮信号箱.
二、控制原理
1、电源开关控制柜（AP0）
本电源开关柜设计是按照远期用电负荷（270KW）设计，采用双电源供电，并能自动切换，能很好的保障供电稳定性，最大限度的减少事故发生。其内部分别独立设有六组水泵电源开关（近期四组QF3、QF4、QF5、QF6，远期两组QF34、QF35）、一组风机控制箱电源开关（QF7）、一组潜水泵控制箱电源开关（QF8）、两路备用电源开关（QF9、QF10）。另外在主电路上还有QF1、QF2，以及双电源切换开关KQF1。
当需要向某一控制柜（箱）供电或者断电时只需将柜内相应断路器合上或者断开即可。当某一控制柜（箱）因短路或者超负荷运行时柜内相应断路器则自动保护。
