这一题尽管有“for+一段时间”,但是不必（!）用现在完成时,因为work是延续性动词,即“工作”这个动作能延续.关键是,后面出现了but now...,说明现在Harry已经另谋职业,不再为那家汽车公司工作,所以work不能（!）用现在完成时.任何现在的时态（一般现在时、现在进行时、现在完成时等）都不能用.
