这个答案估计有点问题,应该是has been in power的.因为后面有for ten years,所以应该用可以持续的动词,BCD的动词都是瞬间性的,所以都排除.但是既然后面是说still doesn't want to leave office,意思就是他还在这个职位上,说明那个状态一直持续到现在,应该用现在完成时.答案是A
