Article 7 Confidentiality:Non-Circumvention / Non-Disclosure:
“Non-Circumvention” will not be tolerated with “Non-Disclosure” of confidential information being applicable to all / any connected parties / mandates / intermediaries for either the seller or buyer with seller and buyer being held fully liable for any breach from their side inwhatever manner.
