Abstract:The quality of carboform highly depends on the protofilament,drying densification is a significant part in the process of carboform protofilament preparation.The report will provide an overiew of the instrument,which is the crucial tool of making up high quality carboform protofilament——the drier,about its construction and relevant researches by far.Additionally,the report will provide more information on the main engine's spare parts,and analyze the intensity of bearing in roller shaft; also as the design of construction of temperature-maintaining spare parts; the methods of how to analyse and choose the means of lubricating system and electric control.The final part will be focus on the futher innovation of carboform drying equipment.
