Nowdays,there are more and more people who are becoming near-sighted,which is especially true for students at primary schools,middle schools and colleges.Then you must wonder why there are so many people suffering from near-sightedness
The reasons for that are as follows.Firstly,bad habits of using eyes ,such as reading in weak light ,dazzling light or on the bus or while walking contrbute to near-sightedness .Also,using eyes too much or too long are included.Secondly,lack of proper activities and sports can result in near-sightedness ,too.
From the above we can easily learn about the tips for near-sighted people.If they pay enough attention to using their eyes properly and develop good habits in daily life,they can reduce the chance of making their eyesight poor or poorer.
