目前,我国监理制度已无法满足实践需要,因此,对监理制度的创新改革之道,势在必行.本文通过探讨和研究建设监理制度实际中存在的问题,并针对相关问题分析其产生的原因,提出解决这些问题的对策以及完善建设监理制度的一些构想.建设监理制度作为我国建设行业改革的重要成果,对我国的建筑行业历史发展具有重要意义.然而在我国建设监理制度飞速发展的同时,只是不断地借鉴吸收国外的一些先进监理制度,并未完全的吸收,没有形成具有中国特色的建设监理制度.全文首先通过对我国监理制度的概述简单介绍了我国监理制度的现状以及发展,并对我国建设监理制度改革的目的和意义进行了强调；其次通过对监理制度所存在的问题以及问题产生的原因进行了探讨；然后针对我国建设监理制度所存在问题提出了建设性意见,提出了较为可行的改革之路

At present,the supervision system of our country has failed to meet practical needs,problems emerge.Therefore,a reform of the supervision system is needed,and is imperative.The problems existing in the present supervision system are discussed and analyzed in this article,and some solutions and ideas to perfect the supervision system are put forward.As an important achievement of the reform in the construction industry in China,the supervision system is of great meaning to the development of this industry.However,with the rapid development of the construction supervision system,many advanced foreign supervision system are used as a source of reference,but not completely taken in and form a supervision system with Chinese Characteristics.The present condition and development of supervision system in China is introduced in the article in the first place and the purpose and significance of reform in the supervision system is emphasized by a summary of the supervision system in China.Then problems of the present supervision system and the reasons causing them are analyzed,and some constructive suggestions are put forward and a feasible way to reform is proposed.
