本文选择了我园669名儿童,按照《上海市0—6岁儿童体格发育评价方案》要求进行体格测量,采用WHO身高标准体重值为肥胖判断标准,以及对肥胖儿家庭教育现状进行问卷调查,旨在了解3-6岁儿童单纯性肥胖患病原因,为今后我园预防与干预单纯性肥胖提供依据.
通过调查分析,得到的结果是全园肥胖儿46例,患病率为6.88%,3—4岁、5—6岁患病率分别为4.74%、9.35%,且随年龄的增长而显著上升.导致儿童肥胖的主要原是营养过剩及运动太少.
针对存在的问题,提出解决的办法是儿童肥胖已成为我园儿童健康的重要影响因素,是今后我园儿童卫生保健管理的重点.应坚持执行营养管理,体格锻炼等卫生保健制度,采取综合预防措施,才能有效控制儿童肥胖的发生.

In view of the existing problems,the solution proposed is the childhood obesity has become an important factor influencing the health of children of my garden,my garden is the focus of future children's health caremanagement.We should adhere to the implementation of nutrition management,physical exercise and health care system,take comprehensive measures,and can effectively control the occurrence of childhood obesity.
