Last weekend, I went to park for picnic with tony, a friend from United States. Unfortunately, he injured his left foot on our way. It happened to that I had learnt some emergency aid tech in school, thus I helped him to deal with this situation before going to hospital:
1. Called 120 for support.
2. Set his injured foot in a confirtable position so as to let him eased.
3. Found an ice bag and put it on to his injured part for about 15 minutes.
4. Bandaged this part after swelling getting reduced.
He was taken to hospital after my finishing aid and it seemed to learn some emergency aid was useful in our daily life.
