Polysaccharide in glycyrrhiza was the object of research ,using Phenol-Sulfuric Acid method to determine its content of polysaccharide.The experiment factors were the varieties of the solvent ,the extraction temperature ,the extraction time ,liquid-solid ratio and extraction times ,and the target of test was the yields of coarse polysaccharide in glycyrrhiza .Finally ,the the optimum technological conditions of extraction for polysaccharide in glycyrrhiza show that the optimum solvent was water ,extraction temperature 80℃ ,solid to liquid ratio 30:1,extraction time 4 h and 2 times .Sevag in experiment removed albumen,Polysaccharide were decontaminated by active carbon ,and Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry examined the remaind of proteid .
