本文在此基础上主要讲述的是以大连宇宏金属有限公司为例,中小企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题。公司对人力资源规划、员工招聘、培训、绩效管理、薪酬管理等重视程度不够,缺少长期有效的激励机制和科学的考评制度、人力资源投入不足、人力资源结构不合理、企业核心竞争力建设不完善等问题。所以公司的人力资源管理还有待完善,在实际操作时没有详细的涉及到六大模块。在招聘,绩效,薪酬这三方面只有部分的涉及。针对公司存在的问题进行分析,并为此提出合理的人力资源管理战略,完善的企业薪酬福利体系和有效的激励机制,科学的进行绩效考评,开展有效的企业培训,增强员工的忠诚度和归属感。因此本文将运用人力资源管理,管理学,经济学等来对大连宇宏金属有限公司的人事工作进行有效的分析,促使公司在未来的发展能更加完善,对大连市的经济发展做出一份贡献。
