If you have a cold ,you should drink a lot of water and go to bed early.After that,you shouldn’t wear less clothes,you should wear some clothes to keep warm.You should see a doctor and take some medicine .You shouldn't eat hot yang foods ,like beef .You should eat a lot of vegetables.And you should also eat fruit .You should exercise to stay healthy.
