【摘要】金融危机的爆发与蔓延,从多个方面对我国外贸进出口产生了严重影响.国际经济环境恶化,进一步影响我国外部需求,发达国家可能会加大针对我国的贸易保护主义措施.2008年以来,我国出口在内外部多重压力下,总体仍保持了平稳增长势头,表现出较强的承受力,好于大多数其他经济体.但另一方面也应看到,实际出口远低于名义出口,全球金融危机升级使我国出口面临大幅下滑的风险,已经并且还将进一步影响消费和投资,危及国民经济稳定.同时危机还将对我国进口产生影响.国际货物的结算大多都是以美元来结算的.而我国目前正处于扩大内需,改善民生,加强基础建设之际.这些无疑都要进口大量商品,“弱势美元”将会加大我国的进口成本.最后,应对此次危机,应当选择好拉动内需的基点和方向、调整和优化海外投资结构、贴近实体经济发展需求推进金融改革和金融创新等,以支撑和引领实体经济发展.
