玻璃采用作为高层建筑外观,因其采光性好、保温、防潮、实用美观等优点,近年来我国大中城市日渐增多.但高楼玻璃幕墙需要定期清洗,传统的人工清洗方式既危险、劳动强度又高,效率又低且成本高.在世人对生命越来越尊重、对生活质量追求越来越高的解放的今天,对高层建筑物外墙的清洁工作实现自动化变得越来越重要.本课题便是因此要求而提出的一个研究课题,目是设计一种在高空玻璃幕墙上爬行并同时实现清洗工作的机器.
高楼幕墙擦洗机就是在操作人员的低层直接操作下,各个机构能自动实现协调动作,在高空的玻璃幕墙范围内完成规定的爬行和清洗动作的过程.
本玻璃幕墙擦洗机选用了"笛卡尔坐标式"爬壁机构作为爬行机构.该清洗机的机构由平移机构和吸附装置构成,通过x轴和y轴的交替移动,配合两轴上对应的两组吸盘交替吸附实现清洗机本体的移动.对控制系统设计,采用了简便、可靠、有良好的人机界面的可编程控制器(PLC),另外还进行了吸附可靠性计算、动力学分析等一系列设计计算.该种机器人结构简单新颖、控制方便、擦洗效率高.立足于操作方便、能实现自动和手动两种工作模式.
本研究课题中擦洗机样机现在己经制作成功,为此,本文还会着重介绍本擦洗机的使用说明.
