1.Prompt work outstanding
- pls recap all outstanding to us on EVERY FRI per attached format
- pls only send the outstanding to us once due date has been passed for at least ONE WEEK.Pls DON'T include anything that is going to due :
Due date standard
Size ratio :90 days before shipdate
Check digit :75 days before shipdate
Dcpo :60 days before shipdate
2.DCPO checking
- pls note the cd info will be directly edi to your fty from our SF office.We're invisible to the date and info sent.Upon receipt the dcpo,it is vendor's responsibility to check and advise if there is any discrepancies.Pls make sure the retail px is consistent per each dcpo.
3.Gmt test
- since March of this year,our Product Integrity Dept will send the failure comment of your gmt test to you directly and keeping us informed in the cc mailing list.For testing comment that is subjected to merchandiser's acceptance,we will provide our comment on top of P.I.'s message.In order to avoid getting any delay comment from our P.I.Pls be reminded to mention clearly on your application form the email address of the applicant as well as our merchandisers' names.Pls note there may be 2 days delay of getting comments from our P.I.compared to the date you got the test report from the laboratory.It is because our P.I.needs to review the return of test specimen before they can provide recommendation for improvement.
4.Gmt shortage
- Shortages must be balanced across ALL DC's,and not taken by just 1 DC,or the last shipment to go out of the fty.This is a big problem for Distribution and can leave stores without inventory.Even if the shortage is under 5% for the total buy,still needs to be balanced with all dc's.
