其三、中国许多家庭逢年过节时菜肴特别多,应酬也特别多.而美国人宴客或过节,从不铺张,连总统宴请外国元首也是五菜一羹,更不劝酒.
其四、中国人烹调时喜欢用植物油,美国人则喜欢用含胆固醇较高的动物油.植物油为不饱和脂肪酸,不含胆固醇,因此美国人的心血管疾病发病率特别高.
