题目有点小错误,是Two thirds而不是Two third.分数的表达法是分子用基数词,分母用序数词.分子如果大于1,分母要用复数形式.
此空是用is.
像half of,most of,many of,much of,以及分数、小数等后面接名词时,谓语动词的单复数形式以后面的名词为准.题中the book是单数,所以用is.
