本课题通过分析普通猪和版纳微型猪两个不同猪种的GH及IGF-I的含量差异,从而在生化水平上为版纳微型猪的矮小机理提供表型依据.
为此,实验以军牧一号作为普通猪样本,通过酶联免疫吸附测定(Elisa)的方法,获得普通猪与小型猪(版纳微型猪)的GH及IGF-I在其血清中的含量数据,通过分析得出,军牧一号猪血清中的GH含量略微高于普通猪,但没有明显的差异(P>0.05,t检验),但版纳猪血清中的IGF-I含量则明显比军牧一号猪的低(P
