首先选C因为A是现在完成进行时,表示从过去某时间持续到现在还在进行,但是体重没有体现从过去到现在的意思,所以不选.再看B和D,因为rebuilt是一个及物动词,就是后面必须加上宾语,题中使用被动语态,rebuilt的宾语做了主语,这样“一些旅馆现在正在被重建”,rebuilt需要用到被动的形式,即be done 的形式,所以排除掉B（B用的主动）,而D可以看做是一般现在时的被动形势,但是中间有个now,指明了是正在进行的,所以用现在进行时的被动,所以D错误,选择C.
而至于now的位置,在句子中你可以放在很多地方,不是必须在中间,写成are being rebuilt now也可以,他只是表示现在的意思而已.又不懂得继续call me
