我觉得这2个句子都是倒装句,因为are,told都在主语you之前.这这么理解对吗?
我的问题真是超级难啊，都没人敢回答了。

What are you talking about?这是疑问句,属于部分倒装句.
因为助动词are 位于主语 you 之前,而主要动词talking 仍然在主语之后.
Who told you that?这不是倒装句.因为此句的主语是Who 而不是you .
下列句子才是倒装句:
