用分光光度法对不同时期紫叶李和普通绿叶李叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素的含量进行测定分析,系统观察和记载两种树木的叶色变化.结果表明：在3月到7月,紫叶李叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素含量总体上均呈上升的趋势,叶绿素a和b含量的变化趋势与叶绿素总量的变化趋势相似,三种色素的综合作用使紫叶李叶色越来越深；紫叶李叶色与三种色素的变化呈正相关关系；绿叶李叶色与叶绿素/类胡萝卜素呈正相关关系,对绿叶李的叶色变化起主要作用的是叶绿素和类胡萝卜素,绿叶李叶片中花青素含量的变化不显著,它对叶色变化的影响有限.

To test and analyze the chlorophyll,carotinoid and anthocyanin contents of leaves from prunus cerasifera （或purple - leafed plum）in different periods and ordinary green-leafed plum with spectrophotometry,and then to observe and record systematacially the changes of leaf colour of these two plants,here comes the results:from March to July,the chlorophyll,carotinoid and anthocyanin contents of leaves from prunus cerasifera overall increased,the changing tendency of chlorophyll a and b total contents are similar to the chlorophyll total content.The leaf colour of purple - leafed plum became darker and darker,which is due to the comprehensive effect of these three pigments.The leaf colour of purple - leafed plum has direct correlativity with the contents of the three pigments.There is also a positive correlation between green- leafed plum and chlorophyll/carotinoid.Chlorophyll and carotinoid play the most important role in changing leaf colour of green- leafed plum whose the anthocyanin content ,which gets limited influence on changing leaf colour,is no significant change.
