我要提醒你一下,中国的水准怎么样不知道,但是国外的话,如果拿去给高三以下的老师看,一看就知道不是你写的.
There are many dietary guidelines that recommend eating fish and/or shellfish at least 3 times a week, that by doing so you are reducing the risk of several types of cancer, including colon cancer; while at the same time, taking in omega-3 fatty acids that are beneficial for the human body, especially for the elderly. It is also believed, however,if everyone on Earth follows these dietary guidelines, there will not be any fish in the sea by the year 2050.Fish and shellfish, contrary to the guidelines, are not a main part of my diet, probably because of their prices. When I do have the opportunity of enjoying them,I usually cook them in the simplest way – steaming,to conserve the natural flavour of the ingredients,or on rare occasions, deep frying – if I crave fatty food.
The mainstream media has us believed that there is a problem with pollution or high mercury levels in fish everywhere in the world, and I am a believer in this campaign. The statistics and percentages given at the end of every news bulletin and newspaper article offer a glimpse on the magnitude of the problem.Scientific research aside,I,along with the general public, remain unabated in the search for whatever that is reasonably priced and delicious in taste, our diets seem to be forever controlled or influenced by the principles of a free market, that at the end of the day,the price of the goods alone will determine how we survive in today’s world. But again,I have always been a ‘the bottle’s half-empty’ type of person.
