因为在船舶到达装卸港前货物或者货物单证没有准备好而造成的延滞费为每天4500美金不足一天按照比例计算.在装港产生的延滞费连同运费一直支付到船东银行账户.在卸港产生的延滞费在卸货技术前支付到船东账户.如果租船方没有在卸货结束前支付,船东可以选择拒绝卸货,所有造成的船舶损失由租船方承担.但是船东有权不装货驶离装货港如果船舶被耽误24小时以上.

船东有权拼货
