Becoming a successful boss has always been my ultimate goal and I’ve also questioned myself a thousand times in my mind that if I were a boss, what should I do?
There sure are many successful bosses out there around the world for us to look up to. Steve Jobs, the creator of the now well known global brand Apple, started from rags to riches, has experienced numerous ups and downs in his career, but he eventually conquered the world by his strong will and unremitting efforts. Inspired by the perseverance of Steve Jobs’, I would never stop learning and exploring if I were a boss. Because I know that there will never be true success lying there for me to achieve and being a boss simply doesn’t mean anything, rather, I’d consider it a chance to share burdens and shoulder responsibility.
Furthermore, if I were a boss, I’d create a cooperative and equal environment for all to work into instead of a hierarchical structure. I believe a sound working environment is the basis for productive and efficient work. In order to achieve this ideal mode of working, building a friendship-like relationship is of vital importance. It’s not just as simple as relationship, but also a way to establish the credibility
Being a boss is no easy job. And it’s not as glorious as it seems, what lies behind it is a lot more than I can ever imagine. So, what I need to do is keep going to eventually make a top-notch company in the world.
