The Best Way to Keep Health
Nothing is more important than health.Keeping health can be very easy if you are on a right diet .90 percent of necessary nutrition is gotten from the food.
If you want to be health ,you need to know what foods to eat.You have to put emphasis on a balance of good complex carbohydrates,protein,and some good fates.
Starting by eating fruits and vegetables.It's the best way ti get the vitamine which are benefit to your body.Vitamine A,vitamine C and vitamine E,they are all anti-oxidants.These antioxdants kind of come in and protect us.They're protectors.
You also want to focus on fiber.What fiber does is it's usually found in high complex carbohydrate foods,the skin of fruits and vegetables,your whole grains.And what helps to eliminate the toxins cause it keeps you digestive tract on tract.
In a conclusion ,the best way to keep healthy is focusing on the right food and getting rid of junk food.
