I.Introduction
According to the definition of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development of the United Nations (OECD),E-
commerce refers to commercial trade in the open network integration,including that between the enterprise and enterprise (B2B),and that between the enterprise and consumer (B2C).Generally,a complete E-commerce includes 3 stages:market information communications,fund payment and goods delivery,which are represented by the sending,transmission and reception of information flow,capital flow and logistics flow respectively.
The appearance of e-commerce has invoked the revolution of enterprises' strategy,means of competition,enterprises' institutional framework and corporate culture etc.Meanwhile,it has also brought important changes to human resource management,which greatly challenges the traditional way human resource management is practiced.Especially when China is still in the period of economic transition,the human resource management under ecommerce environment has put forward new challenges to the present severe state of unemployment of the country.Thefore,it has become an important issue affecting the national economy and the people's livelihood as how to alleviate these problems and keep the human resource development in China within the right track while
developing E-commerce in a more cost-effective manner.
