I will like to ask you to please look into putting a very small tiny drip of clear supper glue inside the hole of the main cooper bushing side that is connected to the rotating blade were the black plastic gear is attached. This need to be secured as the cooper bushings are not made properly and some of them are a bit lose and after few rotation it will stripped and cause to lose the grip on the rotating blade. Causing the rotating blade not to rotate any longer. Apparently the cooper material they use is also too soft and even if the bushing is tight on the rotating blade it still can get stripped after few rotation. Therefore we found that if a little bit of supper glue is put inside the hole from the side of the blade without letting the glue to drip into the bushing assembly so it doesn't damaged or affect the rotation by the axel been glued, then the rotating blade have a much better grip and is strongly secured.
One thing is that it can not show any signs of glue on the blade please! Very important!
The worker in charged have to be very careful and find the proper way to apply the glue without damaging the blade surface or the axel smooth rotation!
We will like this to be applied to the 50 samples you will sent us for our complete eveluation and approval!
