I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we’ve had a bout whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. More than half of the students in our class believe that parks should be free to visitors. In their opinion, Parks are places where people can enjoy themselves. If they charge entrance fee, gates and fences will have to be built. This is not good for the appearance of our city. The rest of the students believe that it’s reasonable to charge entrance fee if the tee are not very high. Money is necessary for the gardeners to buy some new plants. What’s more, the people who take charge of parks should be paid because they try their best to make parks clean and beautiful.
