如果 选B has是现在完成时 表示动作
many a 加可数名词单数 是单数形式 复数含义 谓语动词 应该用单数形式 故 不能是are

第二题 答案是 A are praised 先行词是 the best students
注意 下面 两个 句子的区别
jane is one of the best students who are praised by their teacher
jane 是被老师表扬的最好的学生之一
