abtract: with the rapid development of economy globalization and science and technology,modern logistics has become an important way to reduce cost, make profit and thus raise economic efficiency for enterprises. sales logistics is the base for the survival and development of enterprises, it is also an important activity that the enterprises hae to do. it's the bridge to connect the producing enterprises with the consumers. the logistics of iron and steel corporations in our country can be considered as the best representatives. taking the sales logistics of iron and steel corporations as examples, this article talks about the realization of sales logistics and offers analysis for prioritizing strategies.
