No variation,modification or waiver of any provision of this Agreement nor consent to any departure by any Party there from,shall in any event be of any force or effect unless the same shall be confirmed in writing,signed by both Parties,and then such variation,modification,waiver or consent shall be effective only to the extent for which it may be made or given.

各位看看怎么修改，好像第一个小句缺了一个谓语

原句没有缺少任何语法要点,只是在用词与修辞方的比较复杂些.
