1. 主语从句That we need money is very urgent.
2. 表语从句The reason was because we were late for the train.
3. 宾语从句She couldn’t explain what life was.
4. 定语从句：Do you know the man with whom she was talking?
（你认识那个与她谈话的男人吗?）
5. 状语从句：
1） 时间状语从句：When I entered the room, my mother was cooking.
2） 地点状语从句：Everywhere (wherever) you go, people are much the same.
（无论你在哪里,人都差不多.）
3） 原因状语从句：I was late, because I had a flat tire. （我迟到了,因为车爆胎.）
4） 让步状语从句：Although it's raining, they are still working in the field.
5） 结果、目的状语从句：You must speak louder so that (in order that) you can be heard by all.
6） 条件状语从句：If we don't lose heart, we’ll find a way to overcome the difficulty.
（如果我们不失去信心,我们会找到克服困难的方法.）
7) 比较状语从句：Are you prepared to work harder than you have been doing?
（你有没有准备比你现在的工作还要做得再努力些?）
