今年的春游安排在4.20号（周日）,大家一起去游西湖.早上8点,公共汽车将从办公楼后门出发,晚上5点从西湖入口处返回公司.
中午我们将一起在香格里拉餐厅聚餐,各部门主管为大家排演了一部小品,也希望各位员工能积极展示自己的才艺,活跃现场气氛.当场我们将评选出公司的文艺之星,由总经理为其颁发奖品和奖状.
春游是公司的休闲娱乐活动,欢迎各位带上你们的亲友一起参加,只象征性收费每人50元,请大家提早上交同行亲友名单和数量,以便公司做具体的安排.
希望这次的春游会和往年的一样成功.

The Spring Outing this year will be on 20th April (Sunday). The destination is The West Lake. We have arranged transportation at the back door of the office building at 8:00 am in the morning, and will come back from the The West Lake entrance to the office at 5:00 pm.

We will have lunch together at Shangri-La restaurant. All department managers will perform a short act and hope that all staff can show their talent to liven up the atmosphere. Our Managing Director will present the prizes to the best performers on the spot.

Spring Outing is an activity we arranged for our staff in their leisure time. Your friends and relatives are also welcome to join us with a symbolic RMB50 fee per person only. Please provide the names to us so that we can arrange promptly.

Hope we can have a great and successful Spring Outgoing as always.

再答： Remarks:For better arrangement, please provide your name together with your friends and relatives to us on or before 1st of April.  Sorry that late applications will not be entertained.Please arrive at the back door of the office building promptly and the bus will leave on time.Child under 12 is half price (RMB25) and child under 2 is free of charge.If you have any talent performance, please prepare your own tools.  Each talent performance should not last longer than 5 minutes.Since we need to walk for around an hour, please wear leisure clothes and shoes.Two bottles of water will be provided per person. 你还有什么想人家注意的？
