When I was in China,I went to Chengdu three times and I must say it is a great place to spend a few days.Its food is one of the many great things that I would suggest checking out.
Check out the street vendors(摊贩).If you see street vendors selling food on sticks,buy it.It is called shao kao (barbecue) and it’s great.It’s also unhealthy if you have too much,I am sure.
Hotpot (huo guo in Chinese).It’s a Sichuan delicacy(佳肴).Don’t be afraid to try a little.Overall Chengdu has the advantage of being a modern day city.It has five-star hotels and great restaurants.At the same time it has rinky-dink shops(卖便宜货的小店),cheap hotels,great bars,and an awesome(极好的) night life.It doesn’t suffer from much pollution and is not so noisy.

当我在中国的时候,我去过成都三次并且我一定要说这是一个可以度假的好地方.这里的食物是所有好的东西之一,我要推荐一定要去看看（这里的check out 是口语,翻译成看看.引申意为尝一尝）打量一下路边的摊贩.如果你看见摊贩卖的一种食物是在棍子上的,就买它.这种食物叫做烧烤.并且非常美味.当然,如果你吃太多对健康没有好处,我很确定这一点.火锅,是四川的一道佳肴.不要害怕,试着尝试吃一些,总的来说成都成为一座现代的都市是有很多优点的.成都有五星级的酒店还有很好的餐厅.同时还有买便宜货的小店,便宜的旅馆,好的酒吧,还有极好的夜生活.可以不受更多的污染并且没有更多的噪音产生.（个人觉得这里不应该用suffer from,意思是受某种病痛的折磨,这里不应该用在污染或者噪音上）
