Friday November.12th 2010 Cloudy 13-20 degree Celsius
Sticky fingers
I sent my children to school after breakfast.Then,I went to a shop to buy something.It’s so early when I arrived home.The children were at school.My husband was on duty.There was very quiet in my home.I decided to make some meat-pies.After a while,I was busy mixing butter and flour.My fingers were stuck by sticky pastry.At that time the telephone rang.There is nothing as annoying as this.I picked up the receiver by my two sticky fingers.I was a little angry when I recognized that it was Helen.I took me ten minutes to persuade her to call later.I actually hung up the receiver.How terrible it is!My fingers,telephone and doorknob were all stuck by the pastry,too.I had hardly come back into the kitchen when the doorbell rang,which sound may have waked up the dead.This time,it was a postman who asked me to sign for a register letter.
