Most American children eat potatoes every day ,but they do not know which part of the photo is the most nutritious(营养)。Take a sharp knife and cut a very thinslice(一片) from it and hold it to the light,you will see that the potato has skin(皮),an outside rim(外缘) which is right under the skin is the most n utritious .But this part is often thrown away with the skin.Even the skin itself is better for food than the inside .When eating a cooked potato ,if you choose the inside and leave the outside ,you are wasting (浪费)the best part of it .If you a can’t eat the whole potato ,it is better to eat the outside rim and leave the inner part.

文中不是有说an outside rim(外缘) which is right under the skin is the most n utritious ,就是说在表皮下面的最有营养,所以是B.但是我觉得你应该是选D,其实我认为outside the rim和outside rim 没什么不一样,只是你如果把D带入题目中的话,题目中的rim按常理讲是表皮和果肉的一个交界处,（并且此句子没有定语从句解释）那么D就指的是表皮,但是文中的rim有一个定语从句的解释,所以只能说D不准确.
