随着我国城市化进程的加快，高层建筑数量剧增，其所面临的安全疏散问题也越来越突出，如何高效可靠地将受灾人员疏散至安全地带成为全社会关注问题。高层建筑拥有一定数量的电梯，随着电梯系统质量的不断提高和完善，在火灾中，应充分发挥电梯垂直交通的优势，在人员疏散方面也具有极大的潜在利用价值。
本文分析了高层建筑火灾的危险性，阐述了高层火灾的特点和火灾中影响人员安全疏散的主要因素。分析了传统疏散方式——楼梯疏散的局限性，并通过一些国外在火灾情况下成功使用电梯疏散的案例，定性分析了火灾中利用电梯疏散的必要性和可行性。随后，对仅用疏散楼梯和仅用电梯两种情况下的疏散时间进行对比，定量的分析两种疏散方式的安全性。在分别定性和定量探讨了两种疏散方式的安全性之后，考虑到楼梯疏散和电梯疏散各自的局限性，提出将楼梯疏散和电梯疏散混合的疏散策略。本文研究性的探讨具有一定的实际意义。

With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, high-rise buildings with the increase of the number, facing the safety evacuation has become increasingly prominent, how efficient and reliable will be affected personnel evacuated to safety become whole society pays close attention to the problem. High-rise buildings have a certain number of elevator, with the quality of the elevator system of continuous improvement and perfection, in the fire should be give full play to the advantage of elevator traffic, on the evacuation also has great potential value in use. This paper analyzes the risk of high-rise building fire, expounds the characteristics of high-rise fire and the main factors that influence the safety of the fire. Analysis of the traditional evacuation style -- limitations of the evacuation staircase and by some foreign countries in case of fire successful evacuation by elevator of the case, the qualitative analysis of the necessity and feasibility of fire evacuation by elevator. Then, the safety of the two kinds of methods of evacuation is analyzed quantitatively by comparing the evacuation time with the evacuation stairs and only in two cases. In qualitative and quantitative discussed two after a safe evacuation, taking into account the stairwell and elevator evacuation of the limitations in the proposed the staircases and elevator evacuation hybrid evacuation strategy.
