Along with the economic integration deep going,the global finance industry steps onto the path of mixed operation gradually.At the same time,the international financial supervision system also changes to mixed supervision gradually from a divided supervision.In recent years,our financial holding company also started to implement the mixed operation in abundance,and there are more supervision needs of the foreign capital financial institutions which are landing China,our divided supervision is facing the huge challenge.Obviously,the finance is going to be mixed-industry,mixed supervision.Based on the analysis of the new tendency of international financial supervision development in this paper,to integrate our unmatched divided supervision for the mixed-supervision,for instance,the vacuum of supervision ,the conflict of supervision,the difficult of the departmental coordination,the high cost of supervision and the suppressed innovation,the questionable information exposure and so on,to point a direction of financial reform according to the idea of supervision,the supervision system,the preparation of financial institutions,the preparation of the machine-processed of supervision,the preparation of legislation,to discuss how the policy of financial supervision can be adjusted after 2006 in our country for the better prevention of financial risk and the healthier development of the whole financial industry and market-oriented economy.
