我认为答案是rains,much,但是答案是rains,often,我觉得有问题,very怎么能够修饰often呢?另外第一个空为什么填rains而不是rain.

very可以修饰often的程度.
因为原句的There is much rain this year.是一般现在时,故改写后时态不能变,It是单数的主语,谓语动词也要是单数的rains
