看到有人说是当and 表因果关系的时候,就是A的情况.如果是并列关系呢?是不是就可以用D了?而A就不行了?
另外一句：He is very greedy and a lier.
这句正确吗？如果正确，那么就是用is 统领两个分句，那为什么上面的那句不行？
那么如果改写成He is very greedy and is a lier.
