(2) Wendy has confirmed that all finishes for these 6 collections has already passed the tests, so probably we can get TPSs for these 6 collection by the end of September.
----The left parts I suggest to devide into 2 steps:
-----Step 1: Priority 3,4: 6 collection
(1) We have already received some samples in priority 3,4, and my engineers will give you a list by this week to report whether there are some samples are also needed, before set down the tooling quotation.
(2) For the samples we received, we have already finished red-line drawings. and Let work together to finsh all red-line drawings for this step with 2-3 week which is the end of July.
(3) We want to wave collection "Arts and Crafts" to compress this schedule. My engineer says this collections costs them too much time and if possible they want to solve this collection later.
(4) For Roxbury Collection, we might wave if we cannot find the crystal glass shades for this collection. Let me give you decision after two weeks. If possible can you ship me one chandelier first (Roxbury II).
(4) We plan to start the tooling by the end of this month for 5 collections (deducte Arts and Crafts) and finshed samples by the end of September or early Oct.
-----Step 2: priority 5,6,7
(1) Wendy will let you know how many collections we have no drawings till now.
(2) We will quit the collection Michael Graves if you don't mind.
(3) We will plan to start the tooling of this stage by the early time of September and make samples done by the end of October.
Certainly I understand that we are running out of time and you have your responsibilities to ensure the supply of these collections. I have involve this job and I will push my team. Certainly we will have more conversation since some tasks have more or less time beause each collection is different.
