都不太准确,主要强调的对象（主语）不太清楚,应当这样说：
1.The father with a child is a rich man.He is my friend.（or）
The father with a child is my friend.He is a rich man.
要看你强调什么,是rich man,or friend.重要的放在前面.
2.Three books held by the boy belong to me.or
Those three books which the boy is reading are mine.
