Based on the current situation that small and medium-sized enterprises(SME) have difficulties in financing,this paper analyzes corporate finance purposes,lists methods of financing and their respective strengths and weaknesses.From the view of both enterprise and government ,it points out that enterprises' lack of credit,the inconsistent information between banks and enterprises,the government's lack of support all caused the main obstacles for the financing difficulties.From three perspectives of direct financing,banking system and political financing,it makes some proposals on how to improve small and medium-sized enterprises' financing and expand their financing channels.
