My favorite holiday——Spring Festival There are many holidays in China. Some of them are International holidays and others are Chinese tradition holidays. For example Valentine's Day, Children's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. Among all these holidays, Spring Festival is my favorite one. It is the most important holiday in China. I love it for the following reasons.
First, Spring Festival means a year ends and a new year begins in China. We are one years older and we should be more mature. In the holiday, we have enough time to make a summary of the last year to see what we got and what we lose. And according to the summary we can also make a plan for the coming year. This is the time to make big decision.
Second, Spring Festival requires all the relatives are get together to celebrate this big event. We will greeting each others and talk to know our recent situations. I can also meet my friends and classmates in the senior high school. We will exchange presents and have a dinner. At last we will sing all through the night.
Last but not the least, we can get more than seven days break. This is the best opportunity to relax or enrich. But my family and I like traveling. So we will spend some days on traveling in the Spring Festival. I can do some skiing which is my favorite sport in winter. Travel is also a type of relax for me although I was exhausted when I back home.
Spring Festival brings me a warm family. It also gives me a chance to meet my friends and a chance to relax. Based on the above reasons, I love the Spring Festival. I make a wish at the beginning of the years and I hope my wish will come true.
