新人,给某领导的第一封邮件,他要求我把里面包含的口语部分改掉,我尝试改掉一部分了,为求保险,当然,有语法错误之类的也可以说,但主要是前者.
I’m writing this email to feedback something about what I’ve heard from you and also something about what I’ve thought these two days.
First,I should say that I’m so grateful for the good message from your company on Wednesday morning.You know,this is really a wonderfull opportunity to me.Thank you very much.I guarantee that I will give 100% effort on the pratical training in the coming summer vacation.
OK,about what we’ve talked on Wednesday,May 28.Well,to be frank with you,I have recalled many a time when I was back,then,I’m puzzled,that’ll maybe I’m not so confident to pass your training or something others that unknown.But please give me some time to adapt to your system(if I can’t,in the beginning),I’ll carefully handle it in a short time.Just trust me.Of course,if I still have some unsolvable problems,I will tell you at the frist time.(certainly I may find my classmates for advice if I’m at NJUST)
As for the expectation to the summer intern,well,I think I can fare hard and yet succeed well.I’ll not be trembling for this hard challengement.So maybe it’ll be interesting as it is fancy in the beginning,but I’ve already been aware of its difficulty in the long way,therefor ,don’t be worried about my durative.(you said that’s my weak point) In conclusion,I expert that I wiill get something useful(the more the better)during the intern,both in knowledge from TSR or in mind from HR.To realize this,I’ll try my best.
Mettler Toledo is really nice,manager chen conducted us round the company as a guide that day,and all I had seen impressed me deeply.I had even imagined my life there in the future.Just now,I’ve discussed the job with my parents,as a whole,they support me and respect my wishes .I will have a talk with the brothers and sisters( who came with me that day) someday to work out my conclution.You know,I’m positive on the case.
Please forgive my muddled thoughts(if there are) in this email.If I’ve forgotten something important that I must tell you,please write in your reply.I’ll make it complete as soon as possible.By the way,please tell me your favourite format to which I'll obey to write my second email.
