You have recently bought a toy over the internet.When it was delivered you have found some
problems with it.Write a letter to the toy company manager and say
- Give details of the purchase.
- Describe the problem.
- What do you expect the company to do about it?

Dear Mr.xx
I am pretty sorry to borther you,this toy was bought three days before and I am very glad for your shipping of this toy,but there are some small quality problems of this product and I hope it can be solved as fast as you can.Here is the list of these issues .
First of all,there is no cable in the case just a charger so that it can not be used,could you please post a cable to me?Second,the electric transformer is a little bit old and dirty,I hope you can keep those toys clean,it just an advise.Then,the back of this transformer was broken by someone,it may be broken during the shipping but I still hope I can get a logical respound.
Generally,I hope to change one becasue of thses issues,I wish we could get get a multual understanding,if I can not change a new one,I have to refund it.
