一般只用meet,表示见面,见面的内容可能有吃饭、聊天等等,较强调过程；而see的见面用的频率少,用看医生就是用see.其他see是表示看的结果,比如你看到什么了.如I saw a girl lying on my way to meeting my friend.
come home是回家,表示从外面到家的过程,可能还没到家.be home强调到了家,表状态,表示已经在家里了.get home是到家的意思,表动作.人家说的be home=come home是意思上近义,但是用法上略有区别的.
