为什么不能选B.should be 和 must be 意思有什么区别?她应该在办公室/她可能在办公室?有什么区别?

must 表示有把握的推测,用于肯定句,译为“一定”,主观性较强,如：
It _must_ be Mary in the office.[只是说话人的一种主观的肯定猜测,有可能是事实也有可能不是]
can 表示推测,意为“可能”,常用与否定和疑问句中,此时can't译为“不可能”如：
I’m sure it __can't____ be her[否定句,猜测]
should 1）不用与表示推测的词汇中 2）词义为“应该”（表示劝告、建议、有义务或责任等）
should be 这个句式,如：It should be you.[不表示推测,只是情态动词,译为“那应该是你”]
例句中,为什么不用It should be Mary
首先,这是说话人的一种猜测,并不确定；另外,如用It should be Mary后面应该为
it should be mary to do sth..(should表示mary的责任去做什么)
这里不要按照汉语意思的“应该”,貌似带点猜测的意味,来才去解析英语的should
