So, it seems to by far the most important for enterprise to develope and manage its human resource ，also，studying and developing is the core of developing human resource . At present , there is a clear concept in the western business world that you shall ensure that your enterprise keeps the leading position ,when providing employees with an environment and conditions superior to your rivals in which /where your employees can constantly study .! As you know, it is very important for the enterprise to develop and train its human resource, which,however, seems to stay at the more ambiguous concept, the above concept( which comes from western businesses) clearly shows the importance of studying on and developing the human resource in enterprise development.
